Description:

Orion ICG is seeking Research/Sourcing Specialists to join our team in our Cary, NC office. Orion ICG has three major divisions: Military Placement, Therapy Placement, and Military Job Fairs. We are currently expanding into new fields within the Search and Placement market.

We are looking for several Research/Sourcing Specialists with the capacity to understand the intricacies of various technical job positions within the Alternative Energy, Oil/Gas/Utilities, Engineering or Healthcare Industries. A background in any of these industries or an experienced recruiter or sourcer within one of these industries is preferred but not required.

You will need to use the latest search technologies to find qualified active and passive job seekers, and market new opportunities to them via email and phone.

There are Contract, Contract-to-Permanent, and Permanent positions available.

This position is located in Cary but for the right candidate we will also consider home employment from anywhere in the US on a contract basis.

Requirements

1. BA or BS degree in Business, Library Science, Engineering, Healthcare, English, or Related Field

2. Extremely strong internet research skills.

3. Positive attitude, willingness to learn and motivated to succeed.

4. Familiarity with recruiting/sourcing is preferred but not required.

5. Background in Energy, Engineering or Healthcare is preferred bur not required.
